Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping with all duties and taxes included.

The price displayed at checkout is the final price.
No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

International orders: 7–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

NEVO is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or courier services, but all import duties and taxes are fully covered by NEVO.


Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With hygiene seal intact

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear without the original seal cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection

Refunds are issued for the product price only. Customs duties and taxes covered by NEVO are non-refundable.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
